The Portugal 2008-09 Home Shirt features a deep red body with green accents on the V neck collar and side panels, gold detailing through the trim and the smooth Nike Dri-FIT knit of the period.
The Portuguese federation crest sits on the chest with gold detail and the Nike swoosh opposite, also picked out in gold. The green and gold treatment makes this one of the most recognisable Portugal shirts of the era, and as a national team shirt it carries no sponsor across the chest.
On the back, Quaresma is printed above the number 17 in original style printing, representing the Portuguese winger during the Euro 2008 period. Famous for the outside of his right boot and the trivela pass that became his signature, he remains one of the most distinctive technicians Portugal has produced.
