Umbro and Puma in the early nineties
A 1990-91 home shirt and a 1994-95 away shirt, both by Umbro, sit alongside a 1995-96 Puma goalkeeper shirt, sized XXL and cut in the looser style typical of goalkeeper kit from the period. Together they cover Parma's first half of the decade collected more widely under nineties football shirts, before Champion took over as the club's kit supplier, a change that also marks the shift from a plainer nineties template to Champion's bolder early-2000s one.
Nakata's #10 under Champion
Hidetoshi Nakata's #10 home shirt from 2001-02 is the only printed shirt in the collection, made by Champion during the brand's short run as Parma's kit supplier. A plain 2000-01 home shirt and an away shirt from the same season, also by Champion, complete the pair of seasons either side of it, part of the wider Italian clubs held on the site. Sizes across the six Parma shirts run from M to XXL, each measured pit to pit and top to bottom rather than by the label, since Parma's nineties Umbro shirts especially run smaller than a modern equivalent.
