Arsenal's number 14, and the 12 that came back

The bulk of this collection is Arsenal #14, in Nike home and away shirts running from 2000-02 through to 2006-08, including a 2005-06 Highbury edition marking the stadium's final season. A separate pair of shirts from 2011-12 carry #12, worn when Henry returned to Arsenal on a short-term loan from New York, years after his first spell at the club had ended.

The same 14 at Barcelona and New York

Henry kept #14 at both Barcelona, in Nike home and away shirts from 2008-10, and Red Bull New York, in Adidas home shirts from 2012-14. It's the one constant running through the second half of his career, the same number on three different kits from three different countries, and one of the reasons his shirts get searched for by number as much as by club: "Henry #14" turns up whichever team is on the front.

Juventus and an early France shirt

A single 1998-99 Juventus home shirt, made by Kappa, carries #6 from Henry's brief spell in Italy before Arsenal signed him. The France shirts here are #12, from 1998-2000, the number he wore as a young forward in that squad, in Adidas home kits. Together the collection runs mostly through the 2000s, with the New York years reaching into the 2010s.
