Welcome to Nostalgic Football Shirts. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Nostalgic Football Shirts and its customers.

2. Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to product availability.

2.2 An agreement is established when you place an order and receive a confirmation email from us.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order if fraud, misuse, or other irregularities are suspected.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are stated in euros. As we apply the EU Small Business Scheme (KOR), our prices are VAT-exempt.

3.2 Payment must be completed in advance through one of the payment methods offered on the website (including iDEAL, Bancontact, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

3.3 Your order will be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery

4.1 Orders are shipped via PostNL. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed on our website and depend on the destination country.

4.2 Delivery takes place at the address provided by you during checkout.

4.3 If we cannot deliver within 30 days after the order confirmation, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

4.4 The risk of damage or loss of products passes to you at the moment of delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 If you are a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

5.2 After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

5.3 We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery costs you paid. Extra costs for express or premium shipping methods are not refunded.

5.4 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom football shirts with name/number).

6. Conditions for Returns

6.1 Our shirts are authentic vintage items. Signs of previous use may already be present. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional damage, wear, or alterations.

6.2 Damage caused after delivery – including washing, drying, or ironing – is considered improper use and is not covered by our returns or refund policy.

6.3 If returned products do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you and reshipping costs will be charged.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 In addition to our return policy, statutory warranty applies. This means that products must meet what you can reasonably expect. If not, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or (partial) refund.
7.2 Complaints about products or services can be sent to info@nostalgicfootballshirts.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the direct damages up to the purchase price of the product concerned.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profit, or loss of revenue.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR).

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10.3 As an EU consumer, you may also use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission to resolve disputes out of court.
