At Nostalgic Football Shirts, we are committed to delivering your vintage football shirts quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping costs, delivery options, and responsibilities.

1. Processing Time

1.1 All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays).

1.2 You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

1.3 All orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1 Orders are shipped via PostNL.
2.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination:

Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders €100+
Worldwide: Free shipping on orders €150+
If your order does not meet the threshold, the standard rates apply.

€4.25 (0–0.3 kg) – delivery within 1–2 business days
€6.75 (0.3 kg and above) – delivery within 1–2 business days

Europe (including Belgium, Germany, France, Portugal, and 45 other countries)

€10.95 (0–0.3 kg) – delivery within 2–5 business days
€13.60 (0.3 kg and above) – delivery within 2–5 business days

International (including USA, Canada, Australia, and 180+ countries)

€13.95 (0–0.3 kg) – delivery within 6–13 business days
€21.50 (0.3 kg and above) – delivery within 6–13 business days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

3.1 For shipments outside the EU, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

3.2 These charges are not included in free shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer. Nostalgic Football Shirts has no control over these costs.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4.2 If you encounter issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us at info@nostalgicfootballshirts.com and we will assist you.

5. Delivery Times & Delays

5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

5.2 If delivery cannot take place within 30 days of order confirmation, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

6.1 We package all items carefully to minimize risk of damage.

6.2 If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery) at info@nostalgicfootballshirts.com.

6.3 6.3 While we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, we will always assist you in filing a claim with PostNL if needed.
