How do we grade a shirt’s condition?

We check every shirt by hand and write down what we find. Any flaws (stains, pulls, fading) are named in the description. A 10/10 is only for deadstock, brand new and never worn. Everything else gets a 1-10 grade, judged against its age.

The Juventus 1989-90 Home Shirt features the black and white vertical stripes of the Bianconeri woven into the jacquard Kappa fabric, with long sleeves, a fold over collar and the generous cut that defined Italian shirts at the end of the eighties.

The UPIM sponsor is printed across the chest, with two gold stars for twenty league titles above the club crest and the embroidered Kappa Omini logo on the shirt, the details of the season in which Juventus lifted both the Coppa Italia and the UEFA Cup.

On the back the number 11 is printed on its own, without a name, exactly as Serie A shirts were made before player names arrived in the middle of the nineties.
