How do we grade a shirt’s condition?

We check every shirt by hand and write down what we find. Any flaws (stains, pulls, fading) are named in the description. A 10/10 is only for deadstock, brand new and never worn. Everything else gets a 1-10 grade, judged against its age.

The Italy 2006 Away Shirt features a crisp white body with blue trim, the classic alternate colourway of the national side. A blue V-neck collar and blue tipping on the sleeve cuffs lift the otherwise plain front, and the Puma polyester of the period gives the shirt a light, smooth finish in a fitted cut.

The FIGC crest sits on the left chest carrying the three gold stars of the era, with the Puma cat placed opposite on the right. As a national team shirt it carries no sponsor across the chest, so the crest, the cat and the blue detailing on the collar and cuffs define the whole design, in the restyled badge introduced for the 2006 campaign.

On the back, Materazzi is printed above the number 23 in original style printing, representing the Italian defender during the 2006 World Cup campaign, a commanding and combative centre back remembered for his aerial presence and for scoring in the final of that tournament.
