Ten years is roughly how long it takes for a football shirt to stop being last season's kit and start being wanted again. That line is being crossed right now for the 2010s. The 2012-13 Barcelona home, the 2014 Netherlands away, the Juventus third kits: these were ordinary purchases at the time and are steadily disappearing from circulation.

Technically they are the peak of the polyester era, with laser cut ventilation, heat bonded seams and no stitching at all in places. The fit is athletic and true to size, which makes 2010s jerseys the most straightforward vintage shirts to actually wear.
